Copyright & Credits

At The Pink Issue, we care about giving proper credit to the artists, creators and sources whose work appears in our coverage.

Our Content

Unless otherwise stated, original articles, written commentary, graphics, branding and other original content published on The Pink Issue are owned by Silverline Media and protected by applicable copyright laws.

The Pink Issue also publishes original images created by or for our editorial team alongside third-party images featured in our trend coverage. Unless otherwise credited, original images published by The Pink Issue are part of our own editorial content and are owned by Silverline Media.

Our original written content and images may not be republished, copied or reproduced in full without permission. Brief quotations from our articles may be used with clear attribution and a link back to the original article.

Pink Magazin (pinkmagazin.de) is an affiliated Silverline Media publication and may publish authorized German-language adaptations of The Pink Issue content.

Images & Creator Credits

Many of our nail and beauty articles feature work created by independent nail artists, technicians, photographers and other creators. Copyright in third-party images and original artwork remains with the respective copyright holders.

We aim to identify and credit the original creator whenever possible, usually by linking to their social profile or another verifiable source.

Occasionally, an image is discovered through Pinterest or another secondary source and we are unable to reliably identify the original creator. In those cases, we credit the source we can verify rather than guessing. If the original creator is later identified, we are happy to correct the attribution.

Image Editing

We aim to publish images at the best possible quality for our readers. If an image is already clear, high-resolution and suitable for the site, we may publish it without additional editing.

When adjustments are needed, we may use traditional image-editing software to resize, crop, sharpen, color-correct or otherwise improve clarity and presentation. In some cases, we may also use AI-assisted editing tools for enhancement, upscaling or other visual adjustments.

The tools and level of editing vary depending on the original image, but the purpose is always the same: to improve image quality and presentation for our readers, not to misrepresent the original creator’s work.
