Move over, Barbie! There’s a new pink car moment taking over the streets of New York, and it’s coming from K-pop sensation Rosé. The Blackpink star made jaws drop Friday night when she pulled up to her album release party in a cotton-candy pink vintage Cadillac – and yes, she was behind the wheel herself!

But it’s her perfectly calculated “casual cool” outfit that had fashion enthusiasts buzzing. The “toxic til the end” singer proved once again why she’s a style icon in the making, rocking an ensemble that can only be described as “thrift store chic meets high fashion.”

The centerpiece? A vintage Budweiser racing jacket that looked like it could have been stolen from your cool uncle’s closet.

Layering like a pro, Rosé paired the statement jacket with a grey Mickey Mouse hoodie underneath, because apparently, Disney merchandise is high fashion when you’re a global superstar.

The look was anchored by a brown skirt and – in a move that would make any fashion risk-taker proud – brown and blue plaid pumps that somehow tied the whole eclectic ensemble together.

Rosé’s Style Signatures

As a Saint Laurent and Tiffany & Co. ambassador, Rosé has always played by her own style rules, mixing luxury with laid-back pieces like it’s no big deal. One day she’s rocking a hoodie with cargo pants, the next she’s slaying in YSL leather.

It’s this high-low mix that’s become her signature, and Friday night’s look was a masterclass in her personal style philosophy.

The outfit choice feels particularly fitting for the release of her debut solo album “Rosie,” which features collaborations with artists like Bruno Mars. Much like her music, which blends various genres and influences, her fashion choices refuse to be boxed into a single category.

In the words of one fan outside the Lower East Side venue: “She really said ‘I can wear Mickey Mouse and Budweiser at the same time and make it fashion.’ And you know what? She wasn’t wrong.”
