Demi Lovato showed up at the Caron Treatment Centers’ Gala in full main-pop-girl mode—black leather trench mini dress, dramatic cat-eye, glossy hair, and a red lip that would make a vintage pin-up jealous.

But the real treat? Her nails. What looked like a spicy red French tip turned out to be something juicier—literally.

Thanks to celeb nail artist Natalie Minerva (aka the genius behind Euphoria manis), we now know Demi was rocking a cherry jello jelly set.

She used a long-lost red jelly gel from Japan and layered it over OPI’s GELevate system, shaping the nails into a soft round and topping it all off with a glassy gloss. The result? Nails that look like they belong in a candy shop window.

The transparent part near the top? Gives that French illusion without the basic white tips. It’s that jelly nail magic—see-through, high-shine, and straight fire. The kind of mani that looks expensive and editorial at the same time. Iconic.

Why Jelly Nails Are Having That Girl Moment Again

The Y2K revival strikes again—this time with more shine. These translucent, syrupy shades first popped off in the early 2000s, and now they’re making a full-throttle comeback—because duh, what says spring better than nails that look like fruit snacks?

Jelly nails are perfect for layering, customizing with glitter, or even creating 3D effects. And the see-through finish? It hits different. It’s giving playful, it’s giving glazed, and it’s 100% screenshot-worthy.

From neon orange to soft lilac, there’s a jelly tone for every vibe—and Demi’s red cherry set is leading the trend like it’s on tour.

So yeah, if your nails don’t look edible this spring… you’re not doing it right.
